My name is Siren and I specialize in helping people connect to, and understand, themselves through music, movement, and elemental ritual. I know this works because it’s a truth humans have known forever. In our sessions together we will explore ourselves through introspective questions and self-reflection techniques. Then, we’ll use embodiment practices and somatic exercises to process and integrate what’s found. When we let go of what’s not ours to hold, and we make peace with all of ourselves that’s when pure fucking magic starts to unfold.
